Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your item and you want to return it, then send us an email: SecondSkin Store@gmail.com, we will decide to honor the return on a per case basis.
If it is less than 7 days since you have received your Plushi-Tude, read next paragraph.
Refunds (if applicable):
If you want a refund or an exchange due to being unhappy with your purchase, and it is within the 7 days since receiving your Plushi-Tude(s), then you will have to mail the Plushi-Tudes back to our main office, you can mail it back to:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.
When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Secondo Skin Store reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Items must be returned in Brand New condition, which means, it must have the original tag on it, free of stains, or wear and tear.
Once Item(s) are received and found to be in brand new condition, we will refund you the costs of the item(s) that we received, minus a $10 restocking fee.
(Include your order number in the package, and get a tracking number (email us with it once its been shipped), without one, there is no way for us to verify if it gets lost)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your credit card company/Bank first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):
If your Plushi-Tude arrives damaged, then send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and your order number, and we will ship you out a replacement right away!
We do not offer refunds for damaged items, because we do not ask for them to be shipped back to us, but we will ship you out a brand new one to replace the damaged one!
